Who Can Get Cheap Travel Insurance?

I am trying to find out who can qualify for Cheap Travel Insurance. As an older person, I sometimes have trouble getting this travel insurance, and usually I have to pay extra. Are there any companies that offer inexpensive insurance for those who are a bit older? I hate the prices I am being asked to pay just for a bit of peace of mind. I am very healthy, so it is unlikely I would require the use of the insurance for health needs related to my age, just for accidents or for other travel related problems like lost luggage.
