Synergy basics
When you think about it alot of computers on the internet already do some amazing things. Our internet infrastructure is like a huge brain all interconnected and yet interdependent on one another for specific tasks. Their is a flow of data that is managed by several systems and everything somehow flows just perfectly. Call center technology is the same way, only they actually take advantage of the internet infrastructure to maintain an incredibly efficient system to help their clients customers through integration, and new technology that makes it more intuitive to the end user as well as the end customer.
