Asking your customers what they want
You can start building up your roster with a few local talents and some or all of the talents listed in this manual. Even Randy Charach would agree the most practical way is by gradually asking your customers what they want and then it is just a matter of being resourceful. You will not have a problem finding talents. There are many talented people with professional acts, in every city, looking for work. You can look on the Internet and find a bunch of them, and again, they will start coming to you as soon as you start calling attention to your agency. Plus, the entertainers/talents have friends who are entertainers, and so on.. You definitely are not limited to what you start out with.
