Personalized children’s books like a “Where’s Waldo”

We are debating a new book as photo personalized children’s bookss.  We have seen one version of a “Where’s Waldo” book where you have to find the child within the mass of stuff on the page, themed of course.  I think it is a great idea.  The only problem with that particular book is the fact that it was so difficult to order.  You actually had to download the order form, put it on a CD or mail the printed version, and then mail to the company with a check.  Too many people want to just place an order online and then wait for the shipment.  I wonder if this is a viable product minus the complicated ordering process.
