What is the deal with pool loans these days? Believe it or not people still are buying and want to buy pools, but if they don’t have the cash, it is next to impossible to find the money. With the decline in property values lenders just don’t want to lend the money.
But there are ways to get the money. You just have to be careful and do your homework. In the first place, maybe you can wait on your pool? Or you can save money for a while. Interest are in many cases too high. However there are some loans that are available that might good for you. I have found Lyon Financial folks to be very trustworthy when I used to use them at pool company I worked for. Anyway, they will be honest with you one way or the other.
