Is It True?
My brother and his wife have been having problems with money lately. They have a beautiful home, but if they cannot keep up with their mortgage payments they may lose it to foreclosure. They have been trying to find ways to keep from having that happen. I know that they have a few different options, that they can at least give a shot. My brother said something about filing for bankruptcy, but I did not know if that can help or not. Is it true? Will bankruptcy stop foreclosure from happening? Or does it just depend on who is filing?
