What Makes An Alcoholic?
How does someone know if they are an alcoholic? Some people have told me that it is when they find themselves drinking when they are alone. Others have said it is when they have to have a drink every night. Still, others have said that it is when they start to cause problems in their families because of their drinking. Are any of these true? Or can they all be true? If someone realizes that they are an alcoholic, what kind of alcoholism treatment is out there for them? Do they make the decision to get help themselves, or do people in their life have to force them?
