Try to chew your food more thoroughly. The digestion process of food starts in the mouth.
- If your stomach is empty, it is best to eat a food containing fiber first.
- I have found it helps to drink peppermint tea, taking peppermint oil capsules, or sucking on peppermint candies. The peppermint will help to soothe your intestines.
- Make sure you take minerals and vitamins. Some good ones to take are calcium, iron, and multi- vitamins and minerals.
- Regular exercise will help to stimulate your digestion, along with eating food that won’t irate your stomach and getting a good amount of sleep every night.
