Kids

Okay so running after a bunch of kids sounds like a great way to exercise, tell that to my ever expanding waist line. So I tracked what I ate all the kids oops I got too much mom. Yea I stopped doing that, but then I realized I was still not losing as much weight as I would have liked, so I still realized I am snacking too much. So I cut my snacking, and started drinking wu yi tea, to curb my appetite and help lose weight. With in a week I could see the difference in my appetite.
