Are New Body Weight Exercises Really Better?
It seems to me like all some people think about is the newest exercise they can try that will magically fix all of the “imperfections” their bodies have. Magazine shelves are cluttered with headline news about every kind of exercise from yoga to kick boxing to body weight exercise. No doubt exercise holds an important role in leading a healthy life, but what was wrong with an old fashioned push-up or sit-up? I just think so folks think they get more of a work out by doing the state of the art exercises than the good old “get down and give me 50.”
