Making a travel insurance claim
I can now tell you from experience: it is difficult making a travel insurance claim. Even finding the claim form proved to be a challenge, but once I had received it (after needing to make 2 phone calls to follow up) I sat down to complete it. I don’t know who designed the travel insurance claim form for my provider, but they could not have made it more complicated and less logical. After a number of other calls it is now mostly filled in and I am just waiting to receive a few of the medical documents I need to submit with it. Breathe out a sigh.
