Auctions are out-of-control
I am a real estate investor, and my ultimate goal is to get the property, but in our county, the property is up for auction when the certificate holder files for the deed. You do not automatically get the deed. The auctions here are in a sense out-of-control and the property sells for top dollar in almost all the cases. Why is this happening in some of the areas?
