I have discovered a great gym that teaches Salsa Dance Lessons, they do other options too, but the Salsa class is my favourite. Since joining I have dropped a few pounds, have made some great friends, and my self-confidence has rocketed.What finer way to lost that excess weight, and have fun at the same time.
